The Application Process

Before you Start

Before you fill out the online application, you’ll need to have the following ready.
Personal Information.
Personal Statement of interest.
In your personal statement, we’d like you to:

  • Explain your reasons for wanting to participate in your chosen course
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for and commitment to your chosen course
  • Express any particular interests within the field

Curriculum vitae and academic documents.
The supporting documents you need to process your application may vary but you must provide copies of your academic transcripts or certificates. All documents should be in English or be accompanied by a certified translation into English.

Start Online Submission

Applications to participate in our courses are made online via the online application process. Each application process requires that you sign up by completing the required information. Create an account to access the online SISFM application. When doing so, provide your first name and last name and email address.

Once completed, you will receive a verification email in your email inbox that will allow you to Sign In. If verification email is not received, it’s possible it went to your Spam box. 

After confirming your account, Sign In using the username and password you just used to create your account.

After Logging in, click on the “Start” Button to enter your personal details and academic qualifications.

Submit your Application

After the application has been submitted you will see a confirmation screen and receive an email confirmation stating that your application has been successfully submitted.

If you do not receive this, your application will not have been successfully submitted to the admission board and cannot progress to review.

Things To Know First

You must complete the application prior to the application deadline for your course. Once you have completed all sections of the application and have verified that you entered your information correctly, click submit application.

Once you have submitted your application and has been received, the Admission Committee will decide with respect to qualifications and level of experience, according to the brief description of professional background provided in the application.

Only selected applicants will be emailed a link and asked to complete the registration forms and methods of payment. Registration is confirmed on payment of the course fees.
